What happens

We map how the work is done today, who would use the tool and where a person must stay in charge. Then we design the tool or workflow in detail, and agree up front on how we'll know it's working.

• A clear description of what the tool does, and for whom
• A working prototype or walkthrough your team has tried
• Agreed measures of quality, set from your real examples
• A cost estimate for building and running it

What happens

We build in short steps, test each one against your own examples, and estimate running costs before we deliver, with guidance on keeping them in check afterward. When it's ready, we hand it over and provide support so your team is confident running it.
